At The Capital Grille, food lovers can enjoy their culinary holiday not just on Wednesday, but for an extended period of two months. Now through November 1, guests can partake in their acclaimed Wagyu & Wine experience, which includes a selection of three gourmet burgers paired with three Duckhorn Portfolio Reds available by the glass.
Each Wagyu & Wine choice features a side of duck fat sea salt fries, complemented by recommended wine pairings such as:
- The Capital Grille’s Wagyu Cheeseburger, featuring grilled onions, steak sauce, and Vermont white cheddar cheese.
- Recommended Pairing: Duckhorn Vineyards Napa Valley Merlot

Their menu offers a variety of sophisticated burgers, including a roasted wild mushroom and Swiss creation drizzled with 15-year aged balsamic vinegar, Jarlsberg Swiss, and truffle aioli, alongside a blue cheese and truffle burger topped with cabernet-braised red onions. Not far from Back Bay, Kristin Jenkins showcases a signature 1928 burger at her speakeasy-themed establishment, 1928 Beacon Hill, which features American cheese, pickles, and aioli, served with French fries.
At Atlantic Wharf, Smith & Wollensky offers their signature Wollensky’s Butcher Burger, enhanced with applewood smoked bacon, aged cheddar, and steak sauce mayo, served with hand-cut French fries, cole slaw, and homemade pickles.
