I recently took a road trip with my family in the Infiniti QX60 Autograph edition, and I was impressed by its performance and power. However, what truly caught my attention was the interior of the vehicle.
Design and Interior
The design of the QX60 Autograph’s interior is simply breathtaking. The tan leather seats in a perfect Cognac hue were not only visually appealing but also quilted and perforated for added comfort. Even the dashboard was covered in quilted leather, making every surface inside the cabin feel luxurious. It’s the kind of cabin you can’t wait to get into, and even long hours on the road feel comfortable. The QX60 Autograph offers a sense of indulgence without breaking the bank, and it even impressed my car-collecting brother-in-law, who typically only drives high-end cars.
The exterior design of the QX60 is more muscular compared to previous models, thanks to its angular rear flanks, bold front grille, and 20-inch wheels. In my opinion, it’s the best-looking QX60 to date, although I wouldn’t mind seeing even more angular elements in the future.
Experience and Performance
The QX60 I drove was equipped with all-wheel drive and a powerful 295-horsepower V6 engine. The engine provided a steady dose of power, making acceleration smooth and effortless. Additionally, the QX60 can tow up to 6,000 pounds, making it a versatile SUV for those who need to haul heavy loads. The QX60 strikes the perfect balance between a compact SUV with limited space and a full-size SUV that feels like you’re bringing your entire house on a road trip. It offered more than enough space for my family and steered with nimbleness, offering a satisfying driving experience.
Final Thoughts
When it comes to cars, it’s not just about the numbers and specifications; it’s about the overall experience and feeling they evoke. While you can find plenty of information online, experiencing a car firsthand is truly what leaves a lasting impression. In the case of the QX60, I can’t help but think about the luxurious tan leather interior and how enjoyable it would be to embark on road trips in that level of comfort. As the prices of many SUVs continue to rise, the QX60 offers a well-priced luxury option starting at around $49,000, or around $63,000 for the Autograph Edition I drove. It’s definitely worth considering for those seeking a combination of style, comfort, and value.
