Observe the grand reopening of the renowned Library Lounge at the prestigious Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. The cozy retreat nestled in a corner of the magnificent lobby is now open during evenings from Wednesday to Sunday.
Curated by skillful mixologist Michael Palazzo (from the MINA Group), the drinks feature fermented seasonal fruits and herbs sourced from the Hollywood Farmer’s Market.
Equipped with cozy brown leather couches and a limited number of bar stools, the snug space can accommodate up to 20 guests.
Sumeet Jhingan, the Executive Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage at The Hollywood Roosevelt, confirms, “Library Lounge has always been beloved by locals and visitors alike for its clandestine atmosphere and exceptional mixology. We patiently awaited the ideal moment and concept to reintroduce it.” Jhingan further says, “By enlisting such a talented mixologist like Michael Palazzo, we have elevated its offerings to deliver a truly personalized experience tailored to the modern cocktail enthusiast.”
Palazzo engages in conversations with patrons regarding their culinary and drink preferences, creating unique cocktails and mocktails to match their tastes and spirit preferences. Indulge in customized light whiskey with lemon and honey, melon-infused cantaloupe and lemon blends, and a delightful peach fusion with Ramazzotti Amaro, an exquisite digestif.
Furthermore, explore five distinctive contemporary variations of classic cocktails.
Following that, guests can relish Sunday night fried chicken, delicious steaks, and other French-inspired delicacies at Shirley’s, conveniently situated across the lobby.
