Rosé along Rodeo Drive, a fresh initiative from Chateau d’Esclans and the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills allowing patrons to indulge in a rosé wine escapade, is set to run until Labor Day.
The latest venture showcases a handpicked rosé tasting selection and a small bites menu, personalized frozen rosé drinks by the pool and a rosé happy hour at THE Blvd. eatery in the lobby of the renowned hotel.
We decided to go for the food matching option which consisted of small servings of Japanese hamachi, jalapeno, and ponzu paired with Whispering Angel rosé; a peach and burrata salad with shiso dressing paired with Rock Angel; a rosé gelée with smoked trout caviar paired with Chateau d’Esclans and a rose-infused strawberry paired with Garrus. The appetizing small bites menu culminates with a delightful petit macaron ice cream treat.
Diners have the option to opt for the food pairing at $120 or just stick to the rosés for $70.
