Enthusiasts of well-being, celebrities prepping for roles, and affluent partners staying in tune with cultural icons have all flocked to The Ranch in Malibu since its establishment ten years ago. Positioned in the remarkably stunning Malibu, California, this distinguished health and well-being sanctuary quickly gained the admiration of the wealthy and renowned individuals.
Introducing The Ranch Hudson Valley, a new exclusive retreat just an hour’s drive away from New York City, expanding the exceptional fitness, well-being, and dietary program of The Ranch. Set amidst 200 acres of lush forests, The Ranch Hudson Valley’s lakeside location accommodates up to 25 guests at a time, offering an immersive experience in nature. Guests are treated to personalized attention, engaging in the rigorous elements of The Ranch’s meticulously planned well-being program, including hiking, strength training, revitalizing yoga, therapeutic deep tissue massages, and detoxifying plant-based communal meals. The Ranch Hudson Valley will feature tailored 3-night, 4-day, and 4-night, 5-day well-being programs designed to bring about both mental and physical transformations.
Achieving that ideal toned physique requires dedicated effort. Both structured programs entail up to six hours of moderate workouts each day, including 2 or 4-hour morning hikes. Evening activities consist of weight training, restorative yoga, and daily massage treatments. Additional offerings include rejuvenating facilities like an infrared sauna, hot and cold contrast immersions, colon hydrotherapy, IV therapy, and energy revitalization.
The Ranch’s elegant indoor spaces — encompassing the entrance hall, spa facilities, dining area, and guest accommodations — were revamped by Steven Gambrel, the New York designer, in collaboration with Chris Papaleo of Treestone Architecture and Construction. They transformed a historic ballroom into a workout space for morning stretches, afternoon exercise routines, yoga, and meditation sessions. Additionally, the estate features a 5,000-square-foot Solarium with year-round fitness facilities and pool amenities, as well as an outdoor swimming pool and a nearby lake for seasonal fitness activities.
Situated near the 4,000-acre Ringwood State Park and proximate to the 40,000-acre Harriman State Park, The Ranch Hudson Valley offers guests access to a variety of scenic trails
