Debuting her maiden restaurant, The Bedford, by Martha Stewart, has been welcomed with open arms at Paris Las Vegas. Interested diners can book their reservations online at this immersive dining spot, which boasts a distinctive and cozy ambiance along with a menu that mirrors her gastronomic influences.
“The establishment of The Bedford by Martha Stewart further cements Paris Las Vegas as a must-visit hub for food enthusiasts,” remarked Jason Gregorec, the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Paris Las Vegas. “Martha Stewart and Marquee Brands are pioneers in the hospitality industry, captivating fans worldwide, and we are delighted to collaborate with such remarkable partners.”
Crafted by Martha alongside her squad of connoisseurs, The Bedford’s menu, inspired by French cuisine, showcases dishes made from locally sourced, fresh ingredients. Infused with Stewart’s cherished recipes, the menu promises to transport patrons to an authentic dining affair reminiscent of her beloved country estate.
The culinary offerings include a Timeless Niçoise Salad, featuring tuna packed in olive oil, haricot verts, vermouth-laced potatoes, hard-boiled egg, and dressed with an anchovy vinaigrette; Baked Oysters Rockefeller, cooked with Pernod-infused cream, spinach, watercress, and topped with a crispy parsley breadcrumb coating; Whole Roast Herb Chicken, presented and carved at the table, and Martha’s Smashed Baked Potato, smashed right at the table and served with creamy crème fraiche, chives, and bacon lardons or luxurious Golden Osteria caviar. Dessert options feature Upside-Down Lemon Meringue Pie, which consists of a crispy meringue crust, tangy lemon filling, and a dollop of whipped cream on top.
“I am absolutely elated to introduce The Bedford at Paris Las Vegas, my debut restaurant,” shared Martha Stewart. “We have put in relentless effort to bring the essence of my Bedford farmhouse from New York to life in Las Vegas, and I believe visitors will be captivated by our creation. These are the same dishes that I present to my loved ones and friends in my personal abode.”
The Bedford also showcases a spectrum of exclusive cocktails, such as the Martha-tini, concocted using Zubrówka bison grass vodka, dry vermouth, and a hint of lemon zest, and the Chilled Pomegranate Martha-rita, fashioned with Casa Dragones Blanco tequila, Cointreau, pomegranate juice, and garnished with a blend of salt and sugar. Moreover, the eatery presents Martha’s Chard, a Californian chardonnay hailing from the house of 19 Crimes.
Conceptualized by Martha herself, this 194-seat dining sanctuary offers a genuine peek into Martha’s lifestyle and hosting preferences in her personal residence. Drawing inspiration from her 1925 countryside retreat, The Bedford by Martha Stewart features an authentic representation of her signature brown faux-bois dining room. The interiors also showcase a kitchen area with pristine white marble tops, gleaming stainless steel appliances, and chic gray wooden cabinets. The display of hanging copper pans of various sizes from the MARTHA by Martha Stewart assortment further embellishes the culinary space.
The Bedford by Martha Stewart at Paris Las Vegas is ready to welcome diners for dinner from 5 to 10:30 p.m. daily, conveniently situated near Nobu at Paris Las Vegas and opposite Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay.
