Japanese Wagyu Campaign Presents Exclusive Wagyu Dishes In New York

JFOODO, the Japan Food Product Overseas Promotion Center established by the Japanese government, has launched their campaign for Japanese Wagyu in the United States. Restaurants and meat suppliers in New York City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco are showcasing dishes featuring Japanese Wagyu.

JFOODO’s aim is to introduce more American diners to Japanese Wagyu. Until February 10th, 2024, Japanese Wagyu will be prominently featured on dining menus in targeted cities across the United States.

Participating restaurants range from high-end dining establishments to trendy upscale and brunch venues. The dishes created incorporate a wide variety of Japanese Wagyu cuts and unique culinary techniques.
