I recently had the opportunity to drive a stunning red 2024 Cadillac CT4-V sedan to the new Pendry Newport Beach. With the help of the Super Cruise button, the one-hour drive from Los Angeles was a breeze. This hands-free driving technology is the first of its kind for compatible roads in the US and Canada.
The Cadillac CT4-V comes with a turbocharged 2.7 L Dual-Volute engine that delivers 325 horsepower and 380 lb.-ft. of torque. With all-wheel drive performance, this car is a delight to handle. The Super Cruise driver assistance technology uses real-time cameras and precision LiDAR map data to enable hands-free driving.
The only downside I noticed was that the turn signals are a bit too quiet. Additionally, the delivery driver was greeted by a cyber yellow metallic CT4-V Blackwing, which makes a powerful statement with its sporty design and color.
Both the CT4-V and CT4-V Blackwing were designed with performance in mind, featuring elements such as thick-rim steering wheels and ergonomic design. The Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing is equipped with a 3.6L twin-turbocharged V6 engine delivering 472 horsepower.
Cadillac’s signature LED lighting and detailed leather seating enhance the overall driving experience. The keyless fob and head-up display added convenience to my driving experience, while the Super Cruise system provided a relaxed and safe ride.
I particularly enjoyed the heated and ventilated seats with lumbar massage, along with the premium Bose audio system. The Cadillac CT4 also offers ample trunk space, making it a great choice for a luxury sedan.
The base price for the 2024 Cadillac CT4 is $34,595, with premium options available for higher trims. For those interested in test driving a Cadillac, Pendry Newport Beach offers a Ride & Drive Program with complimentary transportation in Cadillac vehicles. Guests can take a Cadillac out for a spin to explore hot spots in the Orange County area.
