If you have a party of six, the Hail Mary package ($110) will be ideal, featuring half a chicken, two pounds of pulled pork, a half-pound of brisket, and two sides.

Customers can choose from a variety of side dishes such as potato salad, mac n cheese, baked beans, collard greens, corn on the cob, coleslaw, or fries. In addition to BBQ specialties, SLAB also offers sliders, smoked wings, salads, brisket nachos, chili, and pulled pork sandwiches.
