Featuring a secretive bar with live shows, soon-to-come cigar lounge, in-house brewery, a vibrant eatery serving sophisticated dishes, a dedicated play zone for kids (and adults), and even an outdoor area for furry companions, this diner on the South Shore has reshaped the dining experience.
G Bar Plymouth is transforming the dining outing idea.
The famous establishment showcases its own brewery positioned at the rear of the place. Elevated Branch Cider Brewery offers a range of ciders in distinct flavors like Blueberry Crumble and Honey Pot that you can relish on-site or purchase a four-pack to enjoy at home.
Regarding cuisine, Chef Gary Hatfield has designed a creative gastropub-style menu with innovative dishes seldom found elsewhere.
Instead of the usual potato skins, Hatfield’s upcoming menu will exhibit French onion soup filled skins. Another awaited feature will be the beef Wellington tacos presented in a flaky puff pastry.
The venue’s fun element lies in the chance to enjoy some starters and craft ciders, engage in arcade games, a round of pool, shuffleboard, pinball, or cornhole before going back to your table for a meal.
The servers introduce the clientele to the daily specials, ranging from a triple-decker turkey club to mussels fettucine.
A must-experience starter is the chicken parm pizza. Designed for sharing, this distinctive dish comprises ground chicken breaded and fried as a delectable “crust,” topped with a tangy house-made marinara sauce, fresh mozzarella, and basil.
Another anticipated addition in the menu is the delightful lamb burger, a savory mix of half ground lamb and half ground beef enhanced by house tzatziki sauce and adorned with fresh cucumber, tomato, mint, feta, and pickled onions. “It’s all about forming layers of flavors,” Hatfield revealed.
G Bar will soon unveil a menu catering to gluten-free dietary requirements.
Enjoy one of their inventive drinks like the Butterfinger Espressotini, even more enjoyable as a post-dinner beverage.
G Bar Plymouth seems ideal for sports events gatherings. The bustling diner has over 30 high-definition TVs for visitors to catch up on their preferred sports teams.
Keep an eye out for G Bar’s weekly calendar of live shows featuring diverse talents from local bands to proficient performers.
