    Dine Lavishly At Mimo Inside The Brand New Four Seasons Hotel, Nashville

    Upon approaching the recently unveiled Four Seasons Nashville, a budding social center in the downtown SoBro district, visitors are greeted at the entrance by artist and sculptor Alan LeQuire’s remarkable piece Dream Forest. These three tree-shaped statues bear a striking resemblance to elongated human torsos on a grand scale.

    Situated south of Broadway (SoBro), this area pulsates with a lively music, sports, and entertainment scene. Guests residing at the Four Seasons Nashville can stroll to see renowned country and rock performances at the outdoor Ascend Auditorium. It is also sprinkled with vibrant bars, chic eateries, and upscale dining experiences. Mimo restaurant, the hotel’s latest culinary gem, presents an elegant dining space that encourages social connections. As the night unfolds, the spirited ambiance of the dining room is complemented by a lively bar and an eatery serving inventive and delectable dishes.

    Immersing in the Music City vibe, guests can savor divine meals at the Four Seasons’ dynamic restaurants, under the guidance of Alex Hernandez, the Director of Food and Beverage. Responsible for overseeing all culinary and beverage operations of the hotel, including the flagship restaurant Mimo, special events, and banquets.

    Mimo’s domain intersects Southern Italian Cuisine with Southern Hospitality, all thanks to a remarkable team of culinary and hospitality connoisseurs.

    “We have assembled a group of highly skilled and enthusiastic F&B professionals to curate exceptional dining experiences throughout the Hotel and within our standout establishment, Mimo Restaurant & Bar,” commented Richard Poskanzer, the General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Nashville. “Every corner of the property, from Mimo to room service, to our fantastic event areas, will boast top-notch selections with innovative twists on traditional dishes, alongside fresh and inventive seasonal offerings.”

    Poskanzer is excited to introduce Michelin-starred Chef Aniello ‘Nello’ Turco to Mimo Restaurant & Bar. “We are thrilled to welcome a seasoned team that will enable us to uphold the highest culinary standards while crafting unforgettable dining experiences from daybreak to nightfall, that are unique to Four Seasons,” shared Poskanzer.

    Assisting Executive Chef Nello Turco in the kitchen is Sous Chef David Gutierriez. With over 15 years of experience working in five-star resorts and Michelin-starred eateries, Gutierriez, serves as Turco’s right-hand man in overseeing the culinary operations of the entire hotel property. Before joining the Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, Gutierriez worked under Chef Tristan Baker as Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago.

    “It’s a privilege to collaborate with a chef of Chef Nello’s caliber,” expressed Gutierriez. “His culinary vision and wealth of experience in the kitchen are truly inspiring. I am thankful for the opportunity to work alongside him in bringing Mimo to life.”

    At Mimo, desserts are a feast for the eyes, as Pastry Chef Zach Bryant leads the entire pastry department and team at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville. With a family background in baking and culinary arts, Bryant’s passion for baking blossomed at a young age. Beginning his culinary journey at a bakery at the age of 16, Bryant further honed his skills at the Baking and Pastry Arts program at the Culinary Institute of America. During his time at CIA, he gained experience working at Apple Pie Bakery Café and the traditional French-inspired Bocuse Restaurant, two faculty-led teaching establishments affiliated with the school.

    Following his formal education, Bryant completed an internship at Orlando World Center Marriott in Florida. Subsequently, he worked as an assistant pastry chef at Talula’s Table in Philadelphia for three years, followed by serving as the pastry sous chef at Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Denver, Colorado. Prior to joining Four Seasons, he held the position of pastry chef at the Grand Hyatt Nashville.

    “I am delighted to collaborate with such a skilled culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville,” stated Bryant. “From crafting individual desserts at Mimo to creating cakes and confections for private functions, we aim to impress our guests with modern, elevated, and enjoyable creations.”

    Heading the beverage program of Four Seasons Hotel Nashville across various establishments is Michael Geffin, the Bar Manager. After earning a degree in hospitality management from the University of Central Florida, Geffin spent three years working at Walt Disney World Resorts before joining Four Seasons in 2017.

    “Launching a new bar in a city with a flourishing food and beverage landscape is incredibly exciting,” exclaimed Geffin. “We are committed to establishing a cozy environment at Mimo, where guests feel at ease and welcomed during each visit.”

    Featuring 193 guest rooms and 42 suites within its 40-story structure, the Four Seasons Nashville is a mosaic of artistry, showcasing over 700 art reproductions in guest rooms and hallways, alongside 44 original art pieces scattered throughout the hotel.

    The Presidential Suite, positioned on the highest hotel floor, offers panoramic city and river views. The expansive living area is perfect for entertaining, featuring comfortable seating, an elegant dining table for eight, a private bar, and a contemporary fireplace. The luxurious bedroom boasts a spacious dressing area and a walk-in closet, while the sunlit en suite bathroom is teeming with lavish amenities. This suite can also be configured as a two or three-bedroom unit.

    For a moment of tranquility before or after a delightful meal at Mimo, guests can unwind at the 2,300 sqft rooftop infinity pool on the 7th floor.
